For Custom Gel Foods (Agar/Gelatin Based): Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Dicalcium Phosphate per 1 cup of hot liquid food mix just before it sets.

For Frozen Paste Mixes (Beef Heart, Seafood, or Veggie Blends): Blend 1 level tablespoon of DCP per 1 pound (approx. 450g) of meat or seafood base. Mix thoroughly into the paste before flattening and freezing.
